Introduction and Overview

This privacy policy explains, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Austrian laws, which personal data we as the controller — and the processors (e.g. service providers) commissioned by us — process, will process in the future, and which lawful options you have.

Scope of Application

This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by us and by service providers acting on our behalf (processors).

Personal data includes any information as defined in Art. 4(1) GDPR, such as name, email address, postal address or other identifiers. This includes in particular:

  • Social media presences and email communications

  • Mobile applications and digital services (if applicable)

Legal Basis

We only process personal data if at least one of the following applies:

Storage Duration

We only store personal data as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If the purpose no longer applies, we delete the data, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.
